In April, Albuquerque legalized Cannabis for the first time. Those first few months were enjoyable, but there was little to choose from regarding the variety of cannabis products. Now shops have had time to sort themselves out, and a few stores stand above the rest with excellent interior design, product variety, and overall experience. We did the challenging work of visiting the dispensaries, so you don’t have to. These are the best cannabis shops in Albuquerque.
BAD COMPANY
Most dispensaries are pretty straightforward, they have a few strains, a couple of edibles, and a few other bits and bobs, but there isn’t much to it. That can’t be said for Bad Company because Bad Company is more than a shopping stop. It's an experience. Bad Company is the most beautiful and decorated cannabis shop in Albuquerque. It is styled like an old apothecary and has a massive selection. Some of the best cannabis products can be found here; they even carry fruity pebble edibles, which are my favorite. Also, keep your eyes out for the Horchata drink. While it sells out fast, it is one of the best cannabis products in Albuquerque, and you got to try it. It sells out quickly for a reason.
THE GRASS STATION
The Grass Station is an old gas station converted into a cannabis destination. While the shop's interior design lacks, the product selection is the best in Albuquerque. If you are looking for any particular product, chances are they got it. They carry THC, Delta 8, THC O, and everything. They also carry my favorite brand Enjoy, which has the most incredible sleep aid gummies you will ever get. Try to stay awake with one of those; it's nearly impossible.
FLOWERS AND HERB
Flowers and Herb offer not only cannabis but a florist and wellness. And as described on their website, it is one of the most beautiful and calming dispensaries in Albuquerque. While I wish they had just a little more to offer regarding their cannabis selection, what they have is good. You should check this place out if you want to have one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences at a dispensary.
LA FLOR
La Flor is a new addition to the Albuquerque cannabis scene, but they sure intend to leave a mark. While most dispensaries put little to no effort into their interior design, La Flor has done quite the opposite. The whole store is pink and very welcoming and inviting. The floral wall is a great place to take pictures for your socials. Their selection is quite good, and they carry the delicious Peanut Butter Breath and Alaska ThunderF**k strains.
